From May 7-8th, The Sweet Auburn SpringFest. Sweet Auburn Springfest 2011 is one of the largest multicultural festivals in the Southeast, featuring food, film, art and music. Springfest features health and fitness fair, kids zone, career fair, car and bike show and Business and Technology Expo.is the largest Multicultural Street festival in the South. The Atlanta Festival attracts hundreds of thousand of people and is held in the historic Sweet Auburn District of Atlanta.
Held on Historic Auburn Avenue (Sweet Auburn) once known as Forbes magazine declared “the richest Negro street in the world.” The birthplace of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., The center of Black business, social, civic, religious life and the cradle of the civil rights movement.

Historical Auburn Avenue is located in the heart of Atlanta. Interstate 75/85 exits into the district and the Festival. From I-20 east or west take 75/85 North to the 1st Exit. This will place you at the Festival.
