CEO magazine: Georgia fifth-best for business

Despite high unemployment, housing woes and rising debt, Georgia is not only still among the best places to do business but it is getting better.According to new rankings from Chief Executive magazine, Georgia is the fifth-best state in which to do business, rising from No. 7 in 2010.More than 550 CEOs graded the states on categories that included work force quality, taxation and regulations and living environment.
